Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 1 working day to process your order.
Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way!
For any items not in stock, we will notify the customer and let them know expected delivery time-frame. Most items can be delivered with 3-5 working days. If this does not suit we can offer a refund on order.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 0800-1700 (GMT). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 1 working day using DHL delivery standard is 2 - 3 days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders under the value of £200 will be charged a delivery cost of £13.
Orders over value of £200, shipping will be included free of charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping, subject to review + approval.

Expected delivery timelines (8 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ASD LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@asdltd.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
